staying at sandcastles on the broadwater was a wonderful experience. the location was perfect, right across the road from the water and close to parks, walkways, and amenities. the apartment itself was spacious, with 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, and a large enclosed balcony. the pool and spa were delightful, and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. we loved the convenience of being able to hire beach towels and the easy access to restaurants and attractions.
Absolutely nothing to criticize! 👌.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place, as it was the best hotel. The location was marvellous and lovely, right in the centre, it's a plus. We had a large bedroom.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very limited.

Property was well priced, I enjoyed the stay.
My room was impeccably clean and huge and had iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities, and a work desk. Had great bedroom and met obliging and informative staff with a lovely manager. The hotel was set in a central area not far from theme parks, a cinema : and shops, cafes and restaurants.

That was well priced and incredibly friendly hotel set in good area, short walk to cafes and restaurants, shops and beaches, and theme parks and Southport and Surfers. The location was fantastic and the free parking was on-site. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time.

Our stay was lovely and perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation. the incredible, central location made it easy to access nearby shopping centers and supermarkets. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and we would happily book here again.

it's a quiet place to stay with the beach just a few meters...close to theme parks too.
the pool is not well-lighted all around, kids cant' swim on the shallow portion at night...and it's not a heated pool too...'just wanted to soak on the spa in my room but only shower is provided.

It is getting old and needs refurbishment (new coat of paint, regrouting of bathrooms and outside areas) and the pool area needs a proper clean and update.....

I stayed in the room that was could of had some simply TLC including curtains dry cleaned often and available with good facilities, the balcony. The staff was efficient and decent and check in was easy.
